1. Ginger skin with a spoon

The peel of ginger can be difficult with all the bumps and irregularities. Instead of using a knife or a vegetable peeler, take it with a spoon. It rub against the skin and it will come right away, after each contour and minimize waste.

2. The immersion Blender

I use my Blender immersion than any other power tool in the kitchen by a long shot. If it is the soup directly into the container, puree and get rid of unsightly lumps in my sauce to cheese, or in the manufacture of the mayonnaise or Hollandaise in less than two minutes, the immersion Blender is the tool for the job.

Much easier to clean the blender or food processor counter, no need to transfer the ingredients of the fondue in the container and the ability to work with small quantities of components (provided you have a glass that fits his head properly) make an invaluable asset.

3. Maintain a small refinery, Lemon

Conserve, manage a small refinery in my bucket beside the fireplace tool, so that it can be cut lemon or lime in half and press it through the strainer in the tank. Much easier to select seeds later! Oh and keep a pot full of common tools of this range, you can not?

4. Use a small refinery in even "This egg.

You can use the same refinery to make eggs in the shell also. How? Break eggs into a strainer over the sink and swirl around overload of whitewater gently remove. The rest will be tight and shaped egg eggs Pax place clean. You can use the same trick to make a perfect image, glitter fire ready Panel for fried eggs. Check out the video above for more details.
